Muslim pilgrims from Plateau State are expected to return home on Thursday, 20th September following the successful completion of the 2018 Hajj exercise.

The pilgrims had arrived the Prince Muhammad Bin Abdulazeez airport, Madinah in Saudi Arabia in two batches on the 15th of August 2018 and would have spent 37 days in the Holy land by Thursday.

The Executive Secretary of Plateau State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Barrister Auwal Abdullahi today made the announcement to excited pilgrims in Makkah and thanked them for their patience and steadfast.

Barrister Abdullahi said the airline carrier, Max Air had assured the board that the two batches that left Nigeria from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa International airport, Bauchi and Nnamdi Azikiwe International airport, Abuja would be airlifted on the same day with both batches expected to land in Bauchi.
